Description: Two separate building complexes situated on Midland Avenue in Basalt. Building one consists of 10,000sf parking garage with 23,000sf of commercial and residential above. Commercial main level with penthouse type residential units above. Building two consists of 23,000sf commercial on lower and main levels with penthouse type residential units above. Steel and concrete structure with brick fa├žade. Project included a significant level of site development, including parking, utilities, storm drainage, etc.

Description: 2008 AIA Colorado Honor Award winning mixed use building. Consisting of ground level offices with 4 loft type residential above. Three main level office spaces consisting of two architecture firms and one structural engineering firm. Modern styled building. Steel structure with wood in-fill framing. Contractor and Owner worked together to incorporate sustainable and green building practices where possible. Building includes solar hydronic system which supplements heating and hot water production.

Description: 2009 Colorado AIA Citation Award Winning Mixed Use Building. It is the first of 9 mixed use buildings within a new live/work enclave in the Willits area of the Roaring Fork Valley. Building includes 12 individual units with basic level finishes, offering the flexibility of retail, commercial, light industrial, or residential. High ceilings, exposed steel structure, and large storefront windows highlight each space. All building electrical, heating, and domestic hot water production is assisted by both solar photovoltaic and solar hydronic systems integrated into the building.

Description: Riverwalk Buidling 3 was constructed as a timber framed shell by CSB in 2002. Chaffin Light Associates contracted with CSB to renovate the existing shell into commercial office spaces. Project was required to incorporate sustainable construction throughout. Includes FSC certified wood framing, low VOC paints and stains, sophisticated energy conserving lighting control system, pioneering Coolerado evaporative cooling units,
