PRINCIPALS OF OWNERSHIP
MICHAEL CERISE
Mike Cerise brings over 30 years of construction management and trade experience to the firm. Mr. Cerise, a lifelong resident of Carbondale and 4th generation Roaring Fork Valley resident, is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Mr. Cerise holds a certificate of designation as an Associate Estimator form the American Society of Professional Estimators. Prior to founding Crystal Springs Builders Mr. Cerise served a management role on several large projects ranging from high rise commercial structures to international airport terminals. Additionally, Mr. Cerise served 18yrs on Carbondale's planning and zoning committee, many of those years he acted as chair of the committee.
LARRY STANGELAND
Larry Stangeland also brings over 30 years of construction field supervision and field management experience, to the firm. Mr. Stangeland, a 27 year resident of Carbondale, is a graduate of Alexandria Technical College with an Associate Degree in Carpentry. Mr. Stangeland's extensive field management experience ranges from numerous high end custom residences, to large commercial buildings, to medical offices, and municipal facilities.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
EVA CERISE - Financial Administrator
Eva Cerise continues to dutifully maintain the financial operations of the firm. After 13yrs in this position, with the company, she provides the efficient management of financial accounting needed in producing the high level of service expected by clients of the organization. Eva holds a nursing degree from Dayton College of Nursing.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
JAY STOKAN - Field Superintendent
Jay Stokan has excelled in the role of field superintendent over his 11yrs with the firm, as well as many more years in the trade. Additionally, Jay holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Physics from Eastern Michigan University.
BRIAN WELLS, CPC - Project Manager
Brian Wells is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. Brian is a lifelong Roaring Fork Valley resident and brings 8 years of construction management and trade experience to the firm. Brian holds a certificate of designation as a Certified Professional Constructor from the American Institute of Constructors. Prior to joining the company Brian held a project management position with a large heavy civil construction firm. Brian's projects ranged from remote airport runway construction, city roadway re-construction, and underground utility installation.
